Yes, we were there for 2 great days of drag racing. Some of the best door cars, altered’s, front engined dragsters, pickups including a smoke belching diesel, and a few odd ones like a rear engined Datsun truck, a ton of nostalgia cars and on and on. The second place winner was our own Ron Pappel of Eugene who won in his AA altered coupe an $8000.00 tool box and tools from Napa and the grand winner who shut down all comers the 67 Plymouth Belvedere.
Rich jumped around and waved his arms all day and racers really had to be on the edge to win. Hundreds of pics to see in the photo gallery.

Here is the grand winner of $10,000 who won top spot over 450 cars, the great 1967 Plymouth Belvedere driven by your mom.

This Friday and Saturday the 4th and 5th of July we are going to Woodburn Dragstrip for 2 days of Speed Channel’s Arm Drop Racing! There will be hundreds of door cars to eliminate down to the $10,000 cash winner. We will take hundreds of pics and a lot of video. Stay Tuned!
